Repairing a cracked screen or charging port can be exciting, but we find our most pleasure in the people we serve.
It's no surprise this place has 5 stars! I got a couple phones repaired by them and they never disappoint. Great work, reasonable prices. I went in to fix my phone, it turned out the charging port was just dirty. The gentleman just cleaned it up and didn't even need to be repaired. It's good to know there's still honorable businesses out there.

Charlie has been in the telecommunication industry for over 35 years. He first started to work with Motorola in 1984 as one of the top manufactures in the United States. He was working part time as a sales associate and through his work, he found a gift in selling cell phone service and pagers. He quickly became number one in sales associate in California the first year of working with Motorola. In the second year, he was ranked number one sales nation wide. In the next five consecutive year, he was also ranked the top in Mororola.
Charlie was still working part-time at Motorola but always envisioned having his own business. In 1989, he built his own business, Top cellular Communication in Brea, California, where he sold cell phone and pager service, and other accessories, just like he did in Motorola. He didn’t want to be tied down to Motorola and decided to build his own business so he can add his personal touch in customer service.
Charlie sold a total of $404,060 worth of equpment and service with Motorola and was awarded the highest sales acheivement nationwide. Additionally, he received multiple Top Gun awards through Motorola as an acheivment of excellence. One of the largest accounts he had was with Nabisco and the Los Angeles County with over 5,000 pagers.
Old brick phones and pagers were popular at this time. Carrying around batteries the size of a breif case was only used by people who had money. Services such as Pacbell, La Cellular, and Cingular were one of the leading providers of telecommunication. Top Cellular Communication became one of the leaders in multi-carrier businesses.
Charlie’s business grew in popularity with cell phone services, wheras pagers were becoming old technology and was slowly dying. At the time, Blackberry’s were still considered the best smartphones and flip phones were still popular in consumers electronics. Charlie’s business became one of the few businesses who had multi-carriers in a single store. His advantage set him apart from other businesses and grew in popularity with many people.
Charlie wanted to grow his business so he can reach more people and offer more services to the public. To do that, he started a franchise called PCS HQ and had a total of 4 locations in Orange County and Los Angeles County. This year was a massive shift for his business and the services he offered. Prepaid service became popular to the public, so he opened more accounts with other carriers and offered them to his customers.
Charlie was one of early pioneers to offer cell phone repair service. Even before the iPhone exited Charlie was fixing customers flip phones and Blackberry’s. After the first iPhone was released in 2007, Charlie wanted to evolved his business to offer other services such as cell phone, tablet, and computer repair. Charlie is passionate at what he does and always thinks of new an innovative ways he can serve his customers needs.
Even after 30 years in business, Charlie still continues to show passion in his craft and commitment to his business. Charlie has won awards from California Legislation, Brea community, and the County of Orange to show his level of commitment and excellece to the community. Charlie is proud of his accomplishments and continues to serve many more years to his community with the best experience possible.
